She is a Quetza dragon.
If you don't mind, i'll go on a lenghty explanation.

In her world, dragons are born in a human form, as they develop, they start looking more dragon like. The stages go like this: Human -> Human with dragon characteristics -> anthropomorphic dragon -> Full dragon.

The Quetza dragons, unlike the more "normal" Drake dragons are usually skinnier, taller and longer and sprout feathers on their heads and arms, they also can't breath fire, but poses magical abilities.

The name of the sub species comes from "Quetzalcoatl", an aztec deity whose name literally translates to "Feathered Snake". Since there is also a bird species called "quetzal" i figured such prefix would mean "feathered".
